This room is one of the Carriage House rooms, but has a private outside entrance. You can enjoy the gas fireplace (used seasonally from October - May) from the queen, four-poster bed.

There is a TV, and the sliding door leads you to your private deck from which you catch glimpses of the Damariscotta River. The bathroom has a tub and shower.
